The translation agency that communicates the assignment is together with Gneist Translations data processors until the job is delivered. All text material submitted to Gneist Translations is handled as confidential information. This information is stored under safe conditions and will never be shared with anyone else. The source text will never be uploaded to any machine translation system without the client’s specific instructions. When a job is delivered, the text is safely stored until Gneist Translations has been paid, after which the text is deleted. Text related to assignments that Gneist Translations declines is deleted instantly.
